Cordelia Hills Elementary Adopt-A-Teacher Program

Show your support to our Cordelia Hills teachers and staff by joining our Adopt-A-Teacher program. Show them how much you appreciate all they do for your child/children by adopting them for the school year. Once you pick a teacher they will be told they are adopted and will fill out an “About Me” questionnaire. Your identity will be hidden from the teacher /staff member until the end of the year. Then, once a month you will show your appreciation with a donation, gift, or card for your teacher. You can bring your gifts to the office (to be put in the teacher boxes) or have a friend deliver it for you. It’s a fun & simple way to support our Cordelia Hills teachers and staff and put smiles on their faces.

Pick a teacher or staff member to adopt and fill out the form below. (You may adopt more than one teacher, but a teacher can only be adopted once.)

The “About Me” form will be e-mailed to you in a few days. Put together a little something for your teacher once a month. Drop it by the office or deliver it to his/her classroom.

Some ideas could be as easy as a “thinking of you” card, flowers, favorite homemade treat or a holiday/birthday gift.
